Council of the Congregation
From 8 to 18 May 2023, the Council of the Congregation is being held in Curitiba, Brazil, to assist the General in carrying out his duties (cf. Rule, 52).
“The purpose of the Council of the Congregation is to broaden the Congregation's participation in its government and to develop a spirit of cooperation and coresponsibility. It is composed of the superior general, his assistants, the provincial and regional superiors or their representatives.” (Rule, 248 C).
